Ticket System Implemented
We just went live with our ticket submission system departments! You can use this system for things you want fixed, updated, or even billing questions. This will make it easier for you, and us as well, so we can keep track of issues and deal with them in a timely fashion.
Once you've submitted your first ticket to a department, you will then know the email addresses and in the future may directly email these departments and a ticket will be automatically created. Please don't hestitate to use this system. To submit a ticket go here, and select the correct department. Clients will need to login for our technical support departments.
